B-Trust aims to develop an innovative governance model, the B-Trust Co-Creation Programme, that actively engages stakeholders most affected by new biotechnologies and those driving their development and implementation (quintuple helix, 5H). The programme seeks to enable better-informed decision-making, build shared understanding and acceptance, strengthen social engagement, and support responsible biotechnological innovation in agri-food and bio-based systems.
